If you call yourself Dutch and don't know what this is, look it up and learn. Or perhaps you should call yourself something else.
If you're not Dutch, look up St. Nicholas Day and you'll wish you were. My co-workers were impressed. Belgians, Hungarians and some other Europeans are pretty with-it when it comes to the day too, so I suppose if Dutch isn't much-enough for you, another nationality may do. Here's to the notion of not-so-consumeristic observations in this Western Santa Claus culture of ours. Sinterklaas actually existed . . . and was/is way cooler.
