Stunted Growth

1. So apparently the blood mass isn't supposed to make me feel bad and it gets to hang out with my liver for good it seems. Apparently I may have a bruised floating rib though . . . along with some other things that aren't as sure. I'm supposed to sit and stand with great posture. Try it for a day; It's exhausting. An x-ray today, and blood tests tomorrow. Oh, this is the life.

2. Distinctly Canadian: I swiped my health card at least 3 times today. I'm not going to lie; I'll be the first one to admit that our health care system has its flaws, but I still believe it's the way to go. I've done enough book work to know that EVERY system has its problems. Every person should have the right to be healthy without the state of their health dismembering any other part of their lives. And every healthy person holds a piece of responsibility to make sure that the general population is as well as they can be, whether physically or otherwise. And as far as the Canadian system goes, I think most people just need an education on how to work the system so that the system works for them. Today mine has worked wonders for me.
